Wonderful deck, Hot Tub, 3 Bedrooms, and 2 baths - Sleeping for up to 7!
The large deck tucked in the trees with a private hot tub is ideal for a summer retreat or a winter ski vacation. Quiet and peaceful views of the mountains and trees will help anyone unwind and relax - especially while sitting in comfortable Adirondack chairs! The deck is also equipped with a full table and chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and offers a large propane BBQ grill. During the colder months, you'll still enjoy the great view while relaxing inside on the large sectional and enjoying a crackling fire in the fireplace. 

The main living area of this home is upstairs to take advantage of the views and offer flow out onto the large outdoor deck and hot tub.  All three bedrooms are downstairs. The primary bedroom has a California king bed, the 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo, while the upstairs bathroom off the main living level is large with a rain shower head.

Guest access
Guests will be provided with linens for all beds, as well as towels to use during their stay. There is also a washer/dryer in the house for guest use. Wireless internet access and basic cable TV are also provided. The driveway accommodates 3 cars only per the San Bernardino County short-term rental permit. There is no street parking, if you will have more than 3 cars other accommodations must be made.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.
