The second floor features 4 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and deck access, one with a king, one with 4 twins, and one with 2 queens there is 1 full bathroom in the hallway and another 1/2 bath on this floor. The third floor features two bedrooms - one of which is a Master Suite with a king-size bed, private bath, and deck access. The second room also has a king bed and deck access, and another bathroom in the hallway.  The fourth level is a Master suite with a queen bed, private bath, and private deck access. This home comfortably sleeps up to 16.
