Enter through the private walled front garden with mountain views, the perfect setting to take in quiet morning vistas of the San Jacinto peaks. Once inside, enjoy the expansive, 600-square-foot living-dining-media space with wall-to-wall windows to the pool. Amenities include 85" smart TV, foosball table, dining table for 8 and counter bar. The large chef's kitchen with dual sinks and large island makes meal preparation easy and social.

Outdoors, you'll find a large and totally private outdoor space for socializing and relaxing. Enjoy the pool and hot tub/spa, outdoor shower, and Char-broil gas grill. During season, you can pick fresh citrus straight from the trees.

After a long day in the sunshine, retreat to one of four comfortable bedrooms:

Casita: King bed, 55" LG Smart TV, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Large sliding glass doors to garden and pool area.  Private entrance from pool area/side yard. Ensuite bathroom with shower.  Mini-split unit with AC/heat and ceiling fan. Nice private unit great for the early risers or the night owls.

And inside the main house:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, 75" Smart TV, mini-fridge, huge walk-in closet, ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower large enough for 2. Enjoy late-night drinks or your morning coffee on your private patio.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed; 32-inch Smart TV, south-facing mountain views; large closet.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed; 55-inch Smart TV, south-facing mountain views; large closet. 

These two bedrooms share a bathroom just across the hall.
