This home offers two comfortable bedrooms and two large baths. The primary bedroom with a king bed is extended to add a sitting area with a door to the rear patio and offers a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The guest bedroom with a king bed has access to the hall bathroom. And there are two bonus rooms, one with a full-size futon sleeper sofa, for added sleeping flexibility. 

Sun City Shadow Hills has tennis courts, pickleball courts, card rooms, a billiard room, bocce ball, a library, and multiple pools and gyms. All of this is just minutes away from all the conveniences and attractions the desert has to offer.

Per the HOA:
Minimum Age. You must be at least 55 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 55 years of age.  You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Per local ordinance, all guests are presented local Good Neighbor Policies to abide by during their stay. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation.
