Miralon is a gated residential community designed for relaxation and enjoyment. During your stay, you'll have access to the community's exceptional amenities, including multiple resort-style pools, a fitness center, walking trails, dog parks, lakes, and beautifully landscaped olive groves. Optional Spool Heat: Spool heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May for the most comfortable experience. The spool can be heated to up to 102°F, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Palm Springs. If you would like to add spool heat to your reservation, please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your arrival to allow sufficient time for the water to reach the desired temperature. Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
