Enjoy this home's wonderful Great Room. The light-filled and open living room, dining room, and kitchen all flow together and feature vaulted wood ceilings and a fabulous wood-burning fireplace. The living room invites you to relax and stay awhile, light a fire, and enjoy the large flat panel Cable TV featuring HDTV, Netflix, and BluRay from the comfortable sofa grouping set perfectly for relaxing or entertaining. You'll find the beautiful formal dining room and the fully equipped kitchen ready to provide you with the perfect setting to enjoy quiet intimate dinners or family get-togethers.
Game Room. Downstairs you'll find a game room set up and ready for your enjoyment with a pool table that converts into an air hockey table and a poker/game table. This room is perfect for breaking away into smaller groups or for getting everyone together for a few friendly games!
Great Outdoors. Just out your front door is a great deck offering a charcoal BBQ and seating for enjoying the serene mountain atmosphere. The fully fenced backyard offers an additional opportunity to enjoy a little private slice of "mountain heaven" or play a game of horseshoes! In the summer, enjoy an outdoor game of darts.
This 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom sleeps up to 8 people. The spacious primary bedroom has a welcoming log-style king-sized bed, TV/DVD, a private attached full bath, and a wonderful sitting area in a bay window alcove perfect for quiet relaxation. The sitting area sofa converts to a queen sleeper. The second bedroom features a custom log canopy-style queen bed along with its own TV. The third bedroom also offers a queen bed. The hallway's large full bath with its two-sink vanity is convenient for the second and third bedrooms. The game room offers a twin bed and another great full bath.
Full Laundry. After a day at the lake or on the slopes, you'll appreciate the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer. We provide laundry soap.
Parking for 3 Vehicles. There is driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. And you will appreciate the neighborhood's easy access and level parking on those snowy winter days.
Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.
Location, Location, Location! Perfectly located for year-round sports at Bear Mountain; skiing, snowboarding, and golf, or see our Alpine Zoo less than one mile away. Just a mile to grocery shopping and only two miles to the Lake and the Village's shops and restaurants. To "jump" over to Snow Summit Resort, just take Cedar Rd west which turns into Switzerland bringing you right into Snow Summit!
