This home is situated in a neighborhood that boasts abundant flat roads and trails. Like hiking? The national forest is less than a mile from your front door. Listen carefully, the sound of braying wild donkeys is often heard. It’s not uncommon to see them in the evenings.
The kitchen, located right off the family room assures that everyone is always a part of the fun. Enjoy preparing your family meals in the fully stocked kitchen which includes a refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop, new dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and double oven!
Backyard:
The fully fenced backyard can be separated into two areas. This dog-friendly home’s backyard allows you to keep pets in a dog run if desired. The spacious area is great for the family pets or the kids. Being fully fenced, you know where everyone is. The backyard also features a high-end patio set for seating your family and friends, a propane BBQ, and a large hot tub in a private setting.
3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
The spacious Primary bedroom, is decorated in a wilderness theme, and is located upstairs. It includes a TV with cable, a king-size bed and a twin over full bunk bed, a walk-in closet, plus a large private balcony. Off the primary, is a huge bathroom with a bathtub, a large walk-in shower, and an oversized dual sink vanity. A 2nd bedroom, in a bright and cheery fiesta vibe, is also upstairs and includes a queen bed plus a futon bed. This bedroom also features a large private balcony. The 3rd bedroom is located on the main floor. Featuring an old West cowboy motif, it includes a queen bed, large closet, recliner, TV with cable, and direct access to the backyard. The 2nd bathroom is located on the main level of this home and includes a shower and bathtub.
