This open and spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath  + bonus room Cottonwood unit will be a wonderful gathering for family and friends! Remodeled kitchen with SS appliances, open floor plan with living room and dining room complete with updated furniture. Beautiful views of fairway and mountains are off the patio and can be seen from the kitchen and living room. Primary bedroom has a king bed and large attached bathroom with a private patio off of the bedroom. Second bedroom has a king and Bonus has a queen murphy bed. Indoor laundry room complete with powder room. 2 car garage. Light, bright and ready for your Desert vacation!
