You can watch the water surge and harbor seals loll on the rocks below, or stare out to sea for views of whales spouting from kelp beds just offshore. Stop at the Pirate Coffee Company for pastries on your way to the Depoe Bay seawall, its charming shops, and the “World’s Smallest Harbor,” where you can catch a fishing charter or whale-watching trip into the bay. Grab lunch at the Spouting Horn and reserve dinner at oceanfront Tidal Raves Restaurant for a view almost as good as the one from your living room!
