Gulls whirl and call overhead, pelicans skim the waves, and the sky blazes at sunset. A picnic table and barbecue let you grill and dine outside, and it’s an easy walk to a sloping beach access for walking on the sand. The Oceanlake District’s movie theatre, bakery, restaurants and shops are well worth exploring a few short blocks away. The rest of Lincoln City, Depoe Bay and Newport are easy day trips.
