The fully equipped open kitchen with large bar opens to the comfortable living room so everyone can hang out together while cooking, dining, relaxing or enjoying the sweeping view of the water, greenbelt and mountains beyond. In the living room you'll appreciate comfortable seating for everyone around the TV and fireplace, or move out to the expanded patio with it's large dining table and built-in barbecue grill. This is indoor outdoor living at its best!

At the end of the day, you'll appreciate the spacious main bedroom with its own private sitting patio, and en suite bathroom with bathtub and dual sink vanity. The guest bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with walk in shower. And the comfy den media room doubles as a guest room with its sleeper sofa. And, there is full bathroom with walk in shower just across the hall adjacent to the laundry closet, so everyone has their own bathroom. This home has a 4-night minimum.

CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley Country Club is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities includes the fitness club, Tennis / pickleball courts. For this property,  as well as the dining facilities, day spa and hair salon only. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. And forty-six community swimming pools are available to renters at PVCC
