One side has a bath and two bedrooms, a queen and an ocean-view king with a charming twin bed with a window to the sea. The other side is a wood-lined queen suite with a private ocean-view deck. Located down a lane in a quiet residential area, Dowd House is just up the hill from Waldport, walking distance to the Hilltop Cafe-Bistro, and an easy drive to all the fun activities in Newport or Florence, with all the stellar scenery in between.
