Per the Parks at Broken Top HOA, all guests must abide by the Pool Facility Rules and Regulations. These are provided prior to check-in, and will be posted in the home.
Please note that the community pool and kids' pool are available seasonally Memorial Day to Labor Day, subject to change as decided by the HOA of the community.

Landscaping is performed every Tuesday which includes mowing, weeding, and other exterior tasks to ensure that the property grounds are maintained to a high standard.  We appreciate your understanding.
