For those who enjoy entertaining and gathering around the kitchen, the open dining room, kitchen, and living room will meet your needs with ease.  With the natural light flowing through the wall of windows, you can watch the snow fall in the winter while gathered around the wood-burning fireplace or gathering outside on the deck to watch the PGA golf tournaments in summer, all while creating memories of your wonderful vacation in Sunriver. 

The 2 primary bedrooms and en suite bathrooms are located on the main floor, perfect for those who have difficulty with stairs. Upstairs, you will find the third bedroom with a queen bed and the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds.

In those rainy-winter months, there is an indoor game room with a pool table. Additionally, there is a bonus room with a queen bed attached to the game room. This home sleeps up to 12 guests, all on a wonderful pillow-top mattress.  No matter the season or reason, staying in this Sunriver home will make you want to return year after year. Any discrepancy in the number of passes or the absence of any passes during the post-stay inventory will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file.
